Nice. I recently started my work with a startup company but we're full remote since the boss is located abroad. I hope to experience working in an office setup even just few days a month to bond with my teammates personally.

@@girllovescoding If you don't mind me asking, how important is it to speak and read Danish fluently in Copenhagen? I work as a software engineer in the US and I've been looking around at jobs specifically in Copenhagen! haha. Just wondering how much I need to prep in case I do make the move! 🤓

@@brandonly7634 Most of IT departments of the Danish companies in Copenhagen have English as a company language. So I do not think it is required to learn Danish before moving to Denmark.

Hi Alina! I'm from Austria and have a few questions: do you have any links where I can search for C#/WPF jobs there? I would also like to know what is the average income for a person like me with about 13 years of experience in this field. Is it necessary to speak Danish right away or is English sufficient to start? Are there any remote jobs as well? Sorry for all the questions, but I'm really curious since I'm going on vacation with my family to Copenhagen soon and would like to know. Keep up the good work and great videos!

Hey Johnny, I don't think there is a standard for salary with x-years of experience. I have a friend with 15 years or experience, and when he changed jobs he was getting paid 45k DKK. I also have another friend with 5 years or experience who is getting 60k DKK. It depends very much on the company and big corpos are willing to pay more. Also depends if you are going for a team lead position or just a senior dev, how much your stack is in demand. If you live in Copenhagen, most companies or IT departments speak English. Danish is not required. Do not know about remote jobs. Folk from Australia I know found positions with a relocation via LinkedIn. There is also an app called GlassDoor, you can check approximate salaries there. Happy to answer any questions, if I know the answer ofc 😅
