A Day in the Lipa Community Park! Good Times, Good Vibes!!

Jen and I visit the community park in Lipa City to check out the construction progress. It looks like the park will be the gem of the city when all of the work is through. This park offers and Olympic size swimming pool, 1/4 mile track, tennis, basketball, soccer, and an amphitheater. It is beautifully landscaped and is very kid friendly.

Do you know of any good, affordable apartments in Lipa City. I will be visiting Lipa on or about September 5th. I tried contacting a realtor, but no luck. I don't think the realtor was interested in helping me.
