Wow... Your back. Your stuff is really good. I really appreciate your Islamic antichrist stuff and biblical timeline stuff. I have been greatly traumatized by the constant end of the world nonsense put out by many christian teachers. I have often thought in my own mind the things that they teach don't really seem to be supported by actual scripture. Listening to you and Micheal Heizer has greatly helped me. Having said all that it sure looks like we are close. The Nile is low like other rivers lol. It's been a bone of contention between Egypt and other countries for a while... Really as near as I can tell, untill the Jews put up thier temple basically we are still in the times Jesus talked about when he said. "There will be wars and rumours of wars, BUT the end is not yet"....

True, but don't forget that before the 70th week / Jacob's trouble / 7 years can start There are a few things in the world that has to happen first. The 10 nation federation that rules the world from the middle east, Daniel 2:40-43, Daniel 7:23-24 The war of Dan 8 between Turkey and Iran, The covenant that is confirmed with many which leads to the temple being rebuilt and starts the Jewish sacrifices, Dan 9:27 If these are not in place the 70th week is still a ways away. The very first thing is the 10 nations in the middle east. I think we are at least 20 years away.

@@troy5659 possibly, but remember there is tribulation and wrath. Both different events. Matthew 24 lays it out perfectly with the seals. After the 6th seal the sun will be darkened, the moon turned blood red, and the stars shall fall, then the rapture after tribulation before wrath. The seals and Matthew 24 are the key to lining it all up. It says after that then shall be the sign of the coming of The Lord. Rapture where we meet HIM in the air, then wrath comes.

I would like to know more about pre wrath view of parousia , because in post trib Jesus wouldn't go direct to Heaven after catching up Church , - i more appreciate your explanations about rapture than just literal post trib where raptured saints come down already to earth..I couldn't reconcile multiple stages in pre wrath where saints been taking to heaven/coming back again with Jesus ?

I still have yet to someone tie the theology of 70th week, tribulation, and wrath using scripture without assumption. I have a few scriptures to put together, but it still doesn't make them add up as different times between them all and precisely when they are according to scripture. 70th week starts with a covenant, that covenant gets broken halfway and then the AC rises to sit where she chooses. But after AC rises that brings great tribulation according to Matthew 24, before that is the beginning of sorrows. So the numbers don't up to scripture, man made misunderstandings have people duped. It's all different.

I personally have many thoughts about the ongoing legacy that he and other similar teachers have left in our culture with their pre-2012 New Age proliferation, but I would love if you would share your own thoughts and perhaps even some of your recollections about your personal experience with Russel. I remember the one interview you had with him where he scolded you for opposing him. Your debunking video about him was one of the first things I ever watched from you. QUESTION: looking through the verses you cited, I noticed that the destruction of Babylon was not one of the places listed in the DOTL theme… I had always assumed its destruction was on the DOTL… but then realized, it is destroyed in Rev 17+18, before DOTL in Rev 19… your thoughts?

Have you done a study on the 144,000 being Jesus' army he defeats the Antichrist with, making them the litter of Solomon in Song of Songs? Isaiah says no one from the nations is with Him. So that doesn't rule out an army of the 12 tribes of Israel trodding the winepress with Him. Song of Songs 3:6 ESV - What is that coming up from the wilderness like columns of smoke, perfumed with myrrh and frankincense, with all the fragrant powders of a merchant? Song of Songs 3:7 ESV - Behold, it is the litter of Solomon! Around it are sixty mighty men, some of the mighty men of Israel, Song of Songs 3:8 ESV - all of them wearing swords and expert in war, each with his sword at his thigh, against terror by night. Song of Songs 3:11 ESV - Go out, O daughters of Zion, and look upon King Solomon, with the crown with which his mother crowned him on the day of his wedding, on the day of the gladness of his heart.

Chris I am looking forward to hearing your views and breakdown of scripture on the subject; the day of the Lord. That said I don’t think a previous subject has ever been satisfactorily dealt with. That being the seven kings? What I have heard in explanations has been eisegesis? Not from you at the first but disappointingly lately I have to say your views changed and you did slide down that same slop? The information we get in scripture is meant to uncover truth? The woman is Jerusalem and the seven kings share commonalities, through which we are meant to understand the one coming? I suppose then it seems natural to look at the proceeding kings to uncover the mystery, but in fact we know a lot about the seventh. More than any of the others? I think by looking back we see more than we would viewing this from past to future? There is also what Scripture does not talk about? The eighth King? In any event the seventh is going to lift Jerusalem to the pinnacle of notoriety? Interestingly in the passages she is on a hill, lifted up, riding the beast? Of all that we are given to see from the text this is most obvious. Yet for the other kings seen in the same light it’s ignored? How as an example did the five kings seen as past kingdoms cause Jerusalem to be raised up in stature? Even as Titus battelled over the city he strove to keep the temple there intact, as a prize? To think it was such a structure that it was viewed by Rome as a Prize? I would say by this we see that Herod did elevate the worldly status of Jerusalem. A thing most desired by certain of the Jews, but not a fulfilment at all of what God has in mind for them as His people. Isn’t that the point of scripture, to shed light on our conflict with God? I would make one other comment aside from the question of Herod being an Edomite, and closely connected with the family of Antiochus…he was also appointed Governor by Rome over Jerusalem as was his father before him, but we know him as KING Herod? I still hold that beginning with Antipater the Idumaean and ending with Herod Agrippa II You see the five that have been, the one that is, and saw the destruction of the city?

I chapter 7 when the 144K are sealed the church doesn't appear to be on earth as we as Christians are seal with the Holy Spirit, and the plagues only effect those who aren't sealed

I came to the conclusion long ago that the Day of the Lord is the Second Coming of Christ in direct judgment of the nations at the end of the "great tribulation." It's similar to the conclusion Dr Richard Mayhue came to in his dissertation on the Day of the Lord that can be found in an article in a 1985 Journal of Grace Theological Seminary in Indiana (the article was updated in a Master's Seminary Journal years later, that could be found online). I also believe the Day of the Lord is the "time [doom, distress] of the gentiles" according to Ezekiel 30:2-3 and Luke 21:24. And so in Luke 21:20-28, you have a near prophecy of the AD70 destruction of Jerusalem, and from that event (AD70) Jerusalem will be trampled underfoot by gentiles until the time of the gentiles, being the day of the Lord, is fulfilled, which is initiated by the cosmic events at the coming of Christ at the end of the great tribulation (when I believe the rapture also takes place--"lift up your heads for your redemption draws near" Luke 21:28). Luke 21:20-28: "But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know that its desolation is near. ... For these are the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled. ... For there will be great distress in the land and wrath upon this people. And they will fall by the edge of the sword, and be led away captive into all nations. And Jerusalem will be trampled by Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled. And there will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars; and on the earth distress of nations, with perplexity, the sea and the waves roaring; men's hearts failing them from fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near."
