Next year we are going to start exploring the North side of the new forest as the A31 goes though the middle of it. We believe this part isn't as commercial as the south side. Only time will tell. Ferry goes over to hengistbury head ,beautiful walk once you're over there, little cafe/ restaurants by the huts and a large cafe the other end ( WC available).amazing nature all around.. totally well worth £2.. we go over each time we visit the area

@@paulandsarahcaravanlife the other lovely walk is Highcliffe castle and woodland through to the nature reserve at steamer point.. we did it once and went all the way to mudeford.. blooming knackered by the time we got back to hotel lol

£3.50 for an adult one way on the Ferry is outrageous. As beautiful as this area is, its a complete rip off by the time you pay for car parking on top.

Hi 👋 thanks for watching and commenting on the video. Wow this is a old video 😆 with the price. I think it's OK price. You still have to pay for desiel and other outlays. So really it's not a great deal of money. But I understand if some people are on a tight budget. Not everyone can or could afford both ways. Thanks again Paul and Sarah
