As you have already seen it's gradually getting back to Pre-COVID days and maybe worse - like 4 days a week else .... they find somebody else. It's already happening.

I previously from from Non tech Background..Learned some languages but ultimately got to work in Pro*C which is C which Oracle queries. I had worked i this for 4 years..After that i switched to C++ from last year and it is somehow hardware dependent and i am facing some issues grasping that as there are a lot of system dependencies here and no one's there to help..I want to learn something New and make a Smooth Transition. I am liking the idea of Web3. How can i make this Transition? Also i would add that i have turned 30 now and am sole bread earner of my Family.
