I'll tell you what. People who are looking at this and thinking "I wish I had that much of a high caloric in take." I used to have an intake of maintenance of 1800, it was horrible, and it was because I never exercised, ate well, after. About 3 years of trial and error. My maintenance is around 3000. This is with consistent working out ,;weightlifting, an some cardio. It takes time to develop your body man. One mistake I did was focus on the weight loss rather focus on the amount of work I can do. Roughly working out 4-5 times a week

Training also gives me a huge appetite... my bodyfat% seems to drop if i dont train for a while as my appetite drops...wonder if it has a effect on your bodyfat% settling point

+hamooon I use to eat the "bro" style of only clean foods and every 2 -3 hours but its been 3 years of doing Flexible Dieting with intermittent fasting - by far the best results with Flexible Dieting!
