I use to work at a casino so I know the 'unspoken rules'. What always makes me sick to my stomach is they are happy to take deposits (from potentially kids) without KYC details but at a certain point they require your documents for withdrawing. So essentially they allow 'restricted users' to deposit and play (ignoring KYC) until such a time where they need to pay money out - they can then just say 'it was illegal for you to deposit in the first place'. Essentially they get away with accepting 'illegal' deposits with the loophole of 'you werent suppose to play' when they need to pay out withdrawals.

Banks has always come across shady af to me, whenever there's some crazy influencer stuff going on he's never been too far from it, I'm surprised so many on the internet seem to see him as the good guy. Allowing people in countries with online gambling bans to be able to gamble out side their state/country’s jurisdiction. Its never been with the purpose of concealing identity.
