Not underestimating him at all. As I said in the video I think he massively outplays this rating but I can only base it off what’s he’s done so far. And last year he was awful.

The Flames protected him last year. only played him against weaker teams. Wait till he plays against the big boys

As a flames fan I think half the fanbase overestimates him and the other half underestimates him. He's either the second coming of saros or he isn't even close to NHL level. I think he'll be fine this year, it's going to take 2 or 3 more seasons before we really know who he is imo.

I think that CGY will be a top 10 power play team this year. DCore is skilled offensively, but a sieve defensively, and so the goaltending that would make sense to be the bane of their 24-25 campaign.

I hear the Flames are going to reduce their ticket prices by 25% this and than by 10 % next year due to the fact they will fighting for last place for the next few years. They might just get 25 wins if their lucky. Some of their top skilled players will have had enough and will demand to be traded

If anything, I think that you are underrating two of the D a little. IMO, Andersson is a solid #2D or an excellent #3D, so I'd move him up to an A- overall. I feel that Miromanov is much better than a Replacement Level D-. While in Calgary, he has looked like a #5 D at the minimum, so I'd rate him as C+. Bean is currently injured and not expected back until sometime in October, so Solovyov may begin the season as the Flames 3rd pairing LD, for which I'd give him a D.

Miromanov is 27 and has 49 career games under his belt. Can’t really rate him any better than a D- at this point. And I mean a B+ is literally a #2-3 D. Giving Andersson any more than that would be overrating him at this point. Although he could progress into that role eventually.

I'd really love for Calgary to have a shot at a Top 5 pick, it's just that I see at least 5 - 6 teams that will be worse than them in 2024/2025. So, barring a lottery win, I believe that Calgary will pick in the 6 - 10 range next draft and I hope that they are able to choose a center as the Flames currently do not have any prospects that project to be a #1 C. I'm not knocking Porter Martone at all, as he and Luke Misa had great chemistry last season.
