Yes, Pam! I discovered Michelle’s talents about 6-months-ago. My life became very complicated by the December 2022 holidays. Michelle’s talents here began to soothe my mind more and more impending over this new 2023 year. I encourage anyone to sample ALL of her stories and meditations. Her work (for me) has at times felt better than medicines I take (Lexapro for anxiety). I often listen to Michelle AFTER I wake up! She’s a musician, lyricist/songwriter/poet/composer, writer of prose -highly educated, IMO. I dunno all about KZbin but Michelle is getting very close to 100,000-subscribers; I assume such should boost her wonderful and beneficiary influence throughout our world?

Love this Michelle added to my playlist I've been listening to your mermaid meditation for 2 weeks now a good time and then the others just play continuous but I fall asleep within the first 30 minutes . I just saw this one and it's perfect for sharing it with a very sweet and kind and compassionate empathic friend who has been fighting anxiety deeply and intensely. Also I was just looking past on my channel to old videos and scrolling back to the very beginning about maybe 10 months ago when I did my very first unplanned meditation. It was when I was at a family event and just had to get away from everyone because of the major creepy dysfunction of it all and I walked out in the woods to gain some inner peace and I began to record my thoughts and ended up becoming one of my own very organic guided imagery meditations. When I was a child I always recorded myself online old fashioned cassette tape recorder saying positive affirmations as young as I can remember six years old . I have to get back to that girl again before I allowed the world and it's crazy ways along with other people's button pressing and bullying get me to react again and steal my joy while dealing with the awful and sometimes horrifying triggers of PTSD. PTSD can be quite unique in the fact that most people who have it or given it by events and other people unlike physical illnesses and disease. I never signed up for this but it happened at the hands of others and I don't blame them but I do believe in holding people accountable. The time for cutting the strings has arrived. I love a lot of people but I don't always like them. I give so many chances but when they keep doing the same things that are hurtful it's time to let go. I'm fighting fighting hard sister friend. Thank you for your inspiring and your kindness and compassion for helping to heal others. Peace blessings and God bless you dear🌈💕🙋🏻🐕

You're amazing, strong and insightful and thank you for sharing all of this! I entirely understand the challenges of PTSD and also understanding the difference in blaming versus holding people accountable. We can not control many things, but we can control our perspective and approach to dealing with all the insanity that life brings. And seriously, have a nice night of sleep is a great start for that. I find I do not want to tackle anything if I am sleep-deprived, and if I do- it's not going to be with a sound mind! Wishing you all the best on your journey and keep on striving and growing! (I also love the term "unplanned meditation" - those moments in life are truly blessed. I recall have such an experience with a pond of ducks at the end of a brutal winter).

I love these videos but the ad that always runs before them for ovarian cancer awareness is so loud and stressful that it makes me ten times more anxious before falling asleep.

I'm sorry the ad disturbed you. My meditations are also available on Insight Timer without ads and will soon be completely released for streaming on other sites as well soon.
