Conference is not just a key with sports it’s a key with life in general especially nowadays believe it or not it’s hard as hell to go through life with no type of confidence in yourself and ik bc I’ve been through it and still going through it now bt the one thing I remember and try to tell myself everyday is the only way ppl trust u and believe in u is if u trust and believe in yourself not lot of ppl have ppl around them to help encourage and support them to get better everyday and in some cases some ppl don’t want tht bc they wanna see what they can do on there own see what they can achieve
