I bought from the original website. 18 bottles! By the end of the first bottle I started having terrible acid reflux that has lasted for one month! I only blame Fitspresso for that because never had I ever experienced GERD! I never opened the second bottle. Contacted Kristi Rivers via email asking her about my side effects and she completely disappeared. But yes she was there when the second batch was taking longer to arrive. She was sending me the tracking number and always there for me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FITSPRESSO!!

I have been taking this for 3 months now and have dropped 41 pounds, but I am also catting my carbs back and sugar too. I walk approx. 5 miles a day but was doing that before taking this. I don't work for them just want people to know the truth

I understand, critiquing the ingredients and so-called effects. But what I’d like to know Dr, is if you have tried it? There could be additional synergistic effects and what not that can only be experienced by actual use. I’m not saying it works nor if it doesn’t. Something is basic as insulin and diabetes. Not everyone needs the same dosage for it to function for the desired result. Some people are more sensitive to it, and some more resistant.

I have been taking these pills, 2 every day about 20 mts before breakfast. I then eat my breakfast drinking coffee, have not made drastic changes in my diet, and have lost about 25 pounds. Maybe if I had changed my diet to a better one and added more exercise, I would have lost more but I am so far very pleased with the results. Maybe it may not work for everyone, not sure but happy I tried them. Too bad you are giving it an F

@sonjamortley3417 I have lost 5 more pounds. I went from 2X tops to XL. I still have lots to lose but I love how it is slow and added now more exercises. I have way more energy which I love!

@YeshuaMighty that's awesome. I guarantee you that will see more results in 2-3 months. I wear scrubs for work and was using a 2X top and XL pants (was heading to 1X) then went to an XL top and XL pants and right now had to buy an L top and L pants because XL was already big on me. I am so happy I came across these pills. I am also walking more and lifting weights (dumbells) but have not changed my diet much. I eat what I want LOL keep it up and you will see!

Thanks for the feedback was buying strictly for losing 50 pounds in a few months and get my metabolism turbocharged will try it needed some real results before I bought it. Been on so many diets with little to tiny results so I much appreciate that lost the weight.

Oh my goodness! I usually don't like to watch anything over 5 minutes but I have now watched 2 of your KZbin videos and I'm in awe. Thank you so much. Brilliant analysis made useful to non-medically trained people. The only thing that came to mind here was the possibility of an interaction between the ingredients. Small amounts but of different substances could possibly produce collectively a better effect? Or perhaps that's Beam-me-up-Scottie thinking! 😉

Thats not how the body works fat is stored energy your body usses recent energy over fat and soeeding uo metablolism would mean your body needs more food as you use energy faster this would cause problems if u dont vhange your diet unless u are a over eater by nature and at that poi t u havent even tried waight loss u just tried a cheat

Hi Dr. Brian Yeung, ND I wish I saw this before I ordered this product. From now on I will be checking here first. Thank you. I ordered from the official site with Fitspresso and mine says to take two capsules with 8 oz of water. All the same ingredients but doubled the ingredients above. Just asking will that be any better since now it is two capsules instead of one and taken with water as now the bottle suggests? I started them today and sounds like if at all possible that they will be going back.

These companies use a well honed template with lots of emotionally triggering words,pictures and scenarios to get you to make an emotionally charged purchase. I have watched videos like this for all different types of weight loss products over the years and nothing has changed. Why are they so effective you ask? The simple answer is that we have been “groomed” by machiavellian societal norms to feel ashamed of our bodies when we don’t meet certain aesthetic criteria.

Biotin. Biotin is part of the energy and metabolism cycle in your body and also helps to turn carbs and sugars into energy and not fat. It works on the cellular level but it will only work if you happen to be deficient. There are no side effects aside from possible insomnia if you take too much. I won’t dare to recommend blood pressure supplements/herbs as they can be dangerous without knowing your particular situation. You can do some research regarding your particular situation and I recommend when googling that you use the words “mechanism of action for (insert medication/supplement/herb here)” when researching a particular supplement and how it might work for you. You will likely run into a lot of information that you will have some trouble understanding but in the parts you can understand, you will have more information to ask your doctor about. Like “what if I took this doctor?”. I hope this helps.

I disagree not a Dr here but you asked for opinions in comments I see a number of people giving it GREAT reviews I looked up all the claims as I watched the video I think you may possibly be missing the fact that when all the ingredients mentioned are put together into 1 it may have very good effects. I watch a Dr here on you tube and heard many others that are not just out to profit along with prescription drug companies say that for example Metformin is so grossly bad for you. This seems to at least be mDe up of other Natural things! The main reason I disagree is because I heard you say that it may be the coffee that is actually helping you this may have had me agree with you but all the Dr's I have heard say that only Black Coffee can help you with weight loss! I drink mine with lots of sugar free creamer in it and their video for this product clearly states : That it doesn't matter what you put in your coffee. It doesn't matter if it's from a coffee shop with all kinds of caramel and fattening items in it. Or plain coffee or espresso or cappuccino or any kind of coffee? I know that the other doctors that I'm speaking of say that it has to be black coffee in order for it to work. By the way, I look that up too. So the item and coffee that helps you lose.Fat is mostly in the united states not in existence because of the way we process our coffee so we are losing that in our coffee as it is somewhat.

Keep up the good work, Doc.!! There is too much Tom-foolery in the supplements industry today. Wish the FDA would become involved with regulating these so-called miracle solutions. If they actually worked I believe every medical practitioner with an overweight patient would be completely on-board with these products if they actually were effective for weight loss.

I am as skeptical as anyone about this, but my concern is with you this time, Dr. Brian Yeung. It's the synergistic effect that the small amount of these ingredients is supposed to provide the weight loss, NOT each of them by themselves. Are YOU being fair by not mentioning anything about that? Are you qualified to determine how any products work synergistically? If you know anything about this kind of effect, you would know that it takes trace amounts to provide the effect that is far more effective than large amounts. I think you need to answer this one. Until you do, you are just as big a quack as any of the fake products. What kind of doctor are you? Where did you get your training? How are you qualified to speak authoritatively about this? These are the kind of questions everyone else who's positive about you should be asking.

I now have been on it going on 4 months and whatever it is in it for me i have lost about 20 lbs. For my body these pills stop the sugar cravings, snacking and your not really hungry all day. I also cut out carbs soda ate more yogurt fruit and that is what is working for me. I did test myself the other day and went to our ice cream store after not eating garbage in over 4 months i didnt not ENJOY it at all and after a few bites threw it in the garbage. Who throw 7 dollar soft serve ice cream in the trash? Nobody
