Love this dog house as I also have two dogs, but a bit bigger. One alaskan malamute and one husky labrador mix. Why no insulation in the roof??

I was wondering when someone will notice that😂 I honestly made a mistake, only after the roof frame was done I realized that there would not be enough clearance for the insulation board. Since I posted the video I did actually add a piece of insulation board on the inside of the ceiling. Should have made the roof frame a inch thicker!

How much does it cost

The total cost was just under $400. That being said I live in South Africa and I just converted it from Rand to Dollar. All of the wood I used is from here and very cheap. So it not completely accurate for anyone outside of South Africa.
