It is definitely a lovely spot! It's close to Hua Hin if you want big shopping centres and cinemas etc but much less busy than HH.

An excellent video. I have sat eating and drinking on those chairs by the sea and also the restaurant you were in. Although I like Cha-am, because it’s so big, it always seems too quiet for me.

What are condo prices in Chan Am compared to Hua Hin? Are there good ammenities there?

Property prices in Cha Am are generally lower than in Hua Hin. Cha Am is not far from Hua Hin so those amenities are easy to get to if you wish. Cha Am has plenty like Lotus's and Makro etc.
