So the 4 mansions at the end is owned by 1 billionaire? Is it like a villa resort that they would rent out? Or it's for personal use? Why 4 houses? Is it for sale? How much likely would owning that much land in that row, and how much would that entire property be? Maybe a billion? Sorry, just got so curious. hehe.

It's hard to calculate as we dont know to what extent the interiors have been fitted out...however to give you an idea Land alone for a plot here for the 4 beachfront houses would today be around 600 mill aed. With the property prices added on, you can do the maths.. at least 130 mill aed per home. Remember also this is a TIP plot on The Palm Jumeirah, and 1 of only 16 anywhere in the world so it also carries that prestige and value unmatched elsewhere .
