Jesus Christ, rewatching this 2 and a half years later, this is a BRUTAL way to retell the Asgore story, really gets across that he incinerated several small children, it makes me question how Toriel ended up forgiving him. I love my man Asgore Screw the animation being improved, the shot composition and storytelling have improved phenomenally and it really makes the end kick

He didn't want to kill those kids, he was forced to do so, he had to make a choice, he could either make his people free by his actions that would've work out in the end (asriel was able to destroy the barier so why asgore with 7 souls wouldn't be) or wait for a miracle that would've not come.

Something I’ve noticed: Camila has essentially two different animation styles. During action-packed and/or fast-paced scenes, a lower-detail style is used (likely to help animation not take forever). Meanwhile, in slower-paced scenes and stills, a high-detail style is used.

Cami likes to use more simpler styles for certain scenes (basic lineart/color but plenty of action and movement) because it would honestly be a lot more work for her to not only shade all of it but have lighting as well for every single frame, and she draws EVERY SINGLE FRAME.
