Hey beautiful, this is your overworked mama lol. Try this overnight oats recipe 1/2C oats 2 scoops protein vanilla 2 Tbsp PB2( peanut butter powder) 2 tsp chia seeds 1 c Milk of your choice Sugar free jam Mix all dry ingredients together add milk and combine. Layer your oats mix with jam alternating!! Add protein to your breakfasts gives you more energy! Also you might have to heal your gut. If you are getting sick a lot❤ Hope you are going to try the recipe let me know if you like it! Ok that’s it lol Talk to you next time

I apologize queen i just ready that you said “you might have to heal your gut”, I thought you said “ it will heal your gut” either way, meant no disrespect, nevertheless. I did just get home from the grocery store and I picked up the ingredients to your overnight oats recipe. I tweaked it to my taste and added some dehydrated fruit(mangoes, pineapple)walnuts and some fresh blueberries and strawberries from my neighbors. They have a pick and pay blueberry and strawberry farm. If I use almond milk can I leave it out overnight or do I have to refrigerate it? Cuz the texture of cold. Oatmeal really isn’t my cup of tea to be honest.

@@NorthSideNick83 aww let me know how you like it !!! And sure you can leave it out over night. But you have to consume it the next day. If you put it in the fridge I leave it in for max 3 days and warm it a little bit in the microwave… I love to pick my own fruit!! Leave out the dried fruit if you use blueberries and strawberries. Dried fruit is good for you but high in sugar.
