Great video! As a field adjuster, have you ever had to climb a roof Kela? Can you give detail on why you have or have not? I'm always interested with field adjusters vs desk.

Thank you so much! Yes I’ve had to climb but as an adjuster there are limits (ex only one story, certain material). These days I don’t climb as much because we usually can call a roofer to get the info we need. Also if you don’t feel safe as an adjuster they don’t want you to climb anyway because of the liability.

Yep, I had to work Monday and had Tuesday off for 4th of July. It would have been awesome to have a three day weekend!

First I want to say thank you and thank you for always sharing and always answering our questions. So, we just had a tornado in NC today. I was thinking I should head to the damaged sites to get some free training. What do you think about me doing that?

You’re so welcome and I appreciate your comment 💕💕. I’m always for free training. I think it’s good to be on-site as well because that’s how most adjusters learn. If you have an opportunity to observe I say go for it.

No problem! And as of right now no, I’m a staff adjuster so I’ll be handling local claims unless i’m called on to assist.
