The white lady even says so herself that your her offspring when you come to her with all friend charms equipped, (the flies, spiders, and the bat thing from grimm), she says something along the lines of "How weird it is to see my offspring have its own offspring".

There is only one Arcane Egg left... Well, 2 if you count the one you can no longer get, in Abyss Lifeblood room. If you killed Nailsmith, his corpse would be in Junk Pit. All he would say in dream nail dialogue is "...Pure..." F for Tiso. Merg is so h4rdcor3, doing White Palace without Hiveblood or a charm combo that guarantees you don't run out of soul (No seriously I never died in White Palace because I used Hiveblood) Glad you liked White Palace. So many people hate it and even called it one of the worst parts of the game. I personally loved it because it showed the platforming potential of Hollow Knight, and the amount of potential was huge. 45:18 The wall to the left was breakable. This leads you to a completely optional and very hard platforming section, and it's honestly where I had the most fun in this game. Though if you decide to try it, make sure you have a ton of time to spare, you cannot quit the game without going back to the very beginning of this sub-area and it took me 2 hours. Before the sub-area was added, White Palace was made permanently INACCESSIBLE once you got White Fragment. Be happy you were allowed back in. Didn't even sit on Pale King's throne. By the way yes it was the real Pale King and he was already dead. (The Wyrm was already dead long ago and you got King's Brand inside his dead body, Pale King was his reincarnation) Just... Please. I don't like outright asking you to do stuff, but you delayed it for far too long. Go back to where Dung Defender is, please. Read Kingsoul's description... It tells you where you can go with Kingsoul equipped. Be aware though: once you complete the area Kingsoul opens, you lose Kingsoul forever, so if there is absolutely anything you'd want to use Kingsoul for, do it before visiting the place. You need this to unlock more endings so yeah.

The things Nailmaster Sheo said about the great knights refers to the 5 greatest Knights of Hallownest. Hegemol can t be found in-game BUT you fought against his armor. The false knight stole his. The maggot inside the armor after you kill him in the dream fight says that it wanted power, saw Hegemol and stole the armor, probably killing Hegemol in his sleep, though that is not confirmed. Ze'mer is still alive and very said. He/She is the grey mourner! Isma is dead ond can be found in Isma's grove to the far right. She "held" the item "Isma's tear. Isma was the lover of Ogrim aka the Dung Defender. Dryya fate can be discovered right next to the White Lady's hideout. She protected the White Lady against the Traitor Mantises and died after a fierce battle. You can see her corpse and multiple traitor corpses right infront of the hideout. The last great knight that was not mentioned by name iiiiisssssss... OGRIM, also known as the Dung Defender. He and Ze'mer are the only great knights currently still alive (maybe Hegemol but we don t know). Ogrim is revealed to be one of the great knights in a well hidden place. To find that place, go to the area where you fought the Dung Defender, go to the right of the room and stand under the switch that you activated to even get to Isma's grove. Then use your Dark Descent aka the groundslam and you will enter a neat new small area with some stuff. Some suggestions of mine, which i think is the best order to do things in (Spoiler free, me thinks): Some things are able to be switched up unless stated otherwise - DON'T do godhome before you have done everything there is before godhome - do the Grey Mourner's quest (should definetely be done first in my opinion) - defeat Nightmare King Grimm - use Divine to upgrade all your breakable charms, then talk to the leg eater - find thy birthplace - there is a hidden place in the White Palace. To find that place go up the elevator and enter the next room. Then proceed to beak the wall to the left (only the top part is breakable), then enter the invisible path (THIS SHOULD BE DONE AFTER FINDING THE BIRTHPLACE, or else you might misunderstand some lore given to you) - after everything is done (might be missing something) do godhome THESE ARE JUST SUGGESTIONS. MERG CAN DO WHATEVER HE PLEASES, but this is in my opinion the best order to do things in. Lover your Let's play and i'm always looking forward to it. Hope this was helpfull and sorry for missspelled words and shit grammar since english isn t my first language ;P Stay determined little Knight. Thy Journey will soon reach it's goal.

You’re so close to getting the true ending! This really is great mostly because you did most of the White Palace of Hell without the Hiveblood (you put it on when you went back to the lore tablet but I commend you nonetheless) More tips! 1.) There’s still the Delicate Flower quest you need to do to get the final reward 2.) The Dung Defender is still waiting for you back in his home 3.) You can also try to find Mr. Mushroom again if you really want to 4.) You are correct that the birthplace is in the Abyss. You just need to make it all the way to the bottom where all the dead sibling shells are and wait 5.) There are three breakable passage ways in the White Palace that you can find that’ll give you more lore on the King. One if you drop down after you Crystal Dash towards the second last section near the end, one near the King Soul Totem right before the throne room if you ground pound next to it (there are little cracks on the floor if you look closely), and most importantly in the upper left corner after the elevator ride in the next room once you enter the palace 6.) Now that you have Salubra’s Blessing, use the ground pound when you’re about to enter the well and keep doing it until something VERY special happens. Once you do, go back to that small village where you first found Sly Lore Tips 1.) That corpse you saw is indeed the Pale King. If you remember what Bardoon said, wyrms can transform and rebirth themselves once they’re about to die. That corpse in the White Palace is the second form the Pale King took on so that he can fit in with the bugs of Hallownest 2.) Sheo mentions the Five Great Knights Hegemol, Dryya, Isma, Ze’mer and Ogrim which is “the other one” (you kinda met them already in a way but you haven’t recognized some of them yet). Anyway looking forward to the next episode!! Good luck!

Remember when Bardoon said about the Wyrm: "But what is death for that ancient being? More transformation methinks" The Wyrms are higher being who transform into other lifeforms, in this case, the Pale Wyrm turned into the Pale King, who found and built the Kingdom of Hallownest, and who you saw dead on his throne. The charm, Kingsoul. It "opens the way to a birthplace." It is in the Abyss, bottom of it. That is the Birthplace of the protagonist and all the other siblings that you see in the abyss. Go there, and you will remember the past and unite the abyss, opening the true ending.

I know some people wanted this but there are 2 things you missed in the White Palace. Sit on the king’s throne. You’ll hear something nice. In the room above the elevator that leads to the final part of the Palace, go to the left and hit the wall. There’s a breakable wall that leads to one last Challenge in the Palace. (The breakable part is a little high so jump and hit.) This area is long enough for its own episode. If you do this area use a healing loadout.

That one you saw in the white palace actually is the pale king. The reason he looks that way is because in his huge Wyrm form he died and then reincarnated into the form you saw in white palace. Basically just pale king 2.0

You've put it off for quite a while, but the Dung Defender is still waiting for you-as is the Grey Mourner with her quest to deliver a flower to the grave in the Queen's Gardens. You seem to be unaware that the Grubsong charm has a combo effect with Grubberfly's Elegy, and it lets you collect SOUL with the Elegy slashes. The King wasn't fake, you've been told multiple times that the Wyrm died in Kingdom's Edge and reincarnated itself into a smaller form, after which it founded the Kingdom of Hallownest. Some people do argue that the version of the White Palace you access is actually the dream of the dead guard you find, which is why it's filled with sawblades-because that guard was REALLY dedicated to protecting the king. In that case, it can be argued that the king you found really was a fake 'Dream King' made by the Kingsmould, but it's still the king, not an impostor of any kind. Also... The Birthplace is, in fact, on the left side of the Abyss. It isn't actually in the passageway to the spell upgrade, but just before it, and still on the left side-also, you need the Kingsoul equipped to access it. As a final thought, you might want to look up how to access the Path of Pain. It's a hidden area in the White Palace, and was added as part of the Grimm Troupe DLC-but you should probably do this after you explore the Birthplace for lore reasons.
