I bought a Jaguarundi about a month ago, what a piece of junk and terrible support. Rear wheel wobble was so bad that I had to pay nearly $200 to get it fixed. Magicycle said it was acceptable. There was an issue with display configuration and even Magicycle didn’t know that they recently changed the display to a new model.They couldn’t help me with configuring the bike. Useless support. I had to do a ton of research to find out about the controller and motor, then go through every stinking setting and document what it did. After three days, I got it right. I bet I know more about the Jaaguarundi than Magicycle support. After 85 miles of riding, tons of rattles, squeaks and noises. Retightened everything on the bike, no change. I have four other e-bikes in the same price class, and they are much better than Magicycle. Buyer beware, Magicycle only wants your money, they don’t care about you or the bike you bought from them. Lots of reviews will tell you that. Stay wary.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I'm sorry things didn't go better with your bike. The only thing I would change about the bike is I wish the seat was a tad softer, but I do fine if I wear padded shorts. My husband was an auto mechanic and was really impressed with the bike. I've had zero problems and have been riding this bike all over and and on all kinds of terrain.
