so The house is going to be at about double the size that it is now once it’s all done . Don’t blame you for doing this in pieces that’s exactly what I would have done too to get out of the camper as quickly as possible.. this is going to be very nice when finished.. I gotta say I’m impressed with the construction skills from start to finish. It’s not often that a person can do all those trades. I guess I should say the confidence to do them as well. Most people would skip one or two steps at least and bring people in to do them.. hats off to both of you..

Your place is Phenominal. I picked up your channel recently, I have to say it brings back memories, building with little ones. Your kids are adorable. They get to see the hard work Mom and Dad do to make a home for the family. Our first house was a partial A frame, Cedar sided. with 19 windows in the livingroom, that was 32' Cathedral ceiling. Erin, and Josh, the achy muscles, in spots you didn't know could ache over and over. It is a wonderful thing Josh being in the trades. We had a rough Construction business. Had to have some help with the Electrical part. One word of advice for many in this big endeavour of home building. After we did the floor piping in the basement, and pea gravel. A crew came installed furnace, then cemented. Someone disconected exhaust pipe on furnace, didnt reconnect. My husband went over working in basement. Got real sick, headache. Being a part time EMT locally, he knew he was in trouble. Barely crawled upstairs to the outside. Wear he layed for 1hour. He almost died from the carbon monoxide. Always check that furnace is hooked properly in construction phase when using it for warmth. Stay safe, look forward to the finishing josh and erin. Your place is so awesome.

This is the ultimate channel. Funny, witty, informative, inspirational, and let's be completely honest here -- Erin is VERY easy on the eyes and one of the most beautiful women to ever appear on KZbin. Learning so much from these two. How to build, how to persevere, how to keep a positive attitude when things don't go quite right, and how to live a more purposeful life.

The wood trim on the windows and doorways looks wonderful..finishing touches shows what the work has created, and is 1 of my fav. parts. The interaction, as Josh shows when whispering to the camera is also loved, and a big part of who you are, as is the funny's at the end(although Josh..you need to remember the rule of never messing w/a lady who has a live nailgun ;) The dream is coming together..and don't worry about messy rooms..you're building a place after all! Keep loving, and working, it's getting done.
