I saw your snap and I know you were feeling down about putting this video up late, but honestly don't feel down. This video is an important reminder that we need to have a fresh start at the beginning of every single day. We all have to choose joy as you mentioned and not choose stress. We all have to choose to slow down our lives when it gets busy. It is a conscious decision that we all have to make each day when we wake up and not just something that we decide to do as our new year goal in January and then forget about. Hi Cambria, I love this video, I've been stressing out the last couple of months... my job has gotten worse as a toxic environment, it's getting to the point where I don't even wanna get out of bed to go to work, the kids I take care of push me to get outta bed. My job consists of me getting yelled at, sarcastic remarks and answers and just never being told I'm doing a good job. I'm looking for a job else where and I'm waiting for a call, I've been praying every night hoping I get a call soon. As the days go by I get discouraged because I still haven't gotten a call. Thank you so much for posting this video. In January I was motivated to lose weight and continue on growing in my relationship with God however things did not go as planned. Plans got changed, I got sick with a cold and couldn't stick to my commitments. On top of it all I had fallen back into a bad sinful habit I've been struggling with my whole life and still am struggling. I felt defeated. Like I thought 2017 was going to be different, Little did I know that this transformation these resolutions if you will are not overnight fixes. It's not like January 1st pops up and I magically become a brand new person. I still am the same person with the same struggles and I still have to get up and fight every day. I said this year was going to be different and it is. Its going to be the year that I stop giving up. The year that when I do fall down I still decide to get back up no matter how hopeless my life may feel. It's the year I will start loving myself and seeing who I am in God's eyes vs the eyes of lies I've been told. So yes I still struggle and fall down even in 2017 but I'm not going to stop that from me getting back up. Thanks so much for the inspiration Cambria. You are an amazing person!

Cambria, this video is honestly amazing... one of my favourite ones from you. Just the style of it and the content itself is very encouraging and useful. I know it is hard to not feel discouraged sometimes, but remember that busy is a blessing because you are surrounded with opportunity. As you say, give yourself mercy and grace. I already liked the video because its content from you which is also amazing, but after watching it, I loved it even more. I was having an overwhelming day where the last comment about my appearance was the last straw that left me crying about EVERY personal issue i never dealt with properly. But after watching this, i told myself it was okay to cry and to be sad and that i would take care of myself again. THANK YOU CAMBRIA for reminding me that everything would be okay and the most important person i have to care for first is myself
