Noodles - 450g
White pepper - 1 pc.
Red pepper - 1 piece
Onion - 1/2 pc
Cherry tomatoes - 250 g
Salami -100g
Mini pepperoni - 70g
Black olives - 70 g
Mozzarella - 120 g
Parmesan cheese - 40g
Parsley
Sauce:
Extra virgin olive oil - 120 ml (2/4 cup)
Wine vinegar - 2 tbsp.
Sugar - 1.5 tsp.
Salad seasoning - 1 tsp.
pepper
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
Dijon mustard - 1/2 tsp.
Water ≈ 2 tbsp

Watching from Oklahoma in the USA... Looks delicious, but is there a reason nearly everybody makes their pasta salad with either bowtie/butterfly pasta or corkscrew shapes? Could another shape of pasta be used in this recipe?

Wichtig ist bei der Nudel, dass das Dressing gut haftet (daher nicht mit Öl kochen) und die Gabel den Salat gut aufspießen kann. Kurze dickwandige Nudeln eignen sich am besten, wie Fusilli, Penne, Rigatoni. In röhrenförmigen Nudeln können sich auch Zutaten wie Erbsen und Mais gut "verstecken ". Bei Penne oder Rigatoni ist die Aussenseite geriffelt, was gut für die Soßenaufnahme ist.
