I thought I had a lot of kit that I dragged to wedding with me. I'm using the Godox system with my T2 and T3, currently 2x AD200, 2xTT685, TT350 and 2x XPro triggers, cant fault them. Easy to use, can have different settings on each camera for OCF control. Love your work and style. Quick question for you, have you had any focus issues when your shooting in a back lit situation, my T3 was hit and miss last week and struggled to focus.

Usually we’d make it while we ate dinner. The clients loved them. Do you ever throw together a slideshow and run it on a laptop in a corner somewhere? It’s a great conversation starter. Often groups gather around to watch the show.

Nice photos, during the time that I photographed events, i worked by myself and photography was not a way of supporting my self, i had a full time job that I retired from after 41 years. During the time I photographed events I used everything from a 20mm prime to a 77mm Pentax limited lens, most of the time that ceremony was held out doors and I used the 24-70 f2.8 when things went inside i went to different primes. Early on i used Pentax APSC cameras until Pentax came out with a full frame camera. The events covered weddings, baptisms, birthdays, portraits and family gatherings. These were people that were on a budget and couldn't afford it professional photographer.

@JoaquimGonsalves5 жыл бұрын
@@Reggiebphoto Even better then. I'm currently all Godox too and I believe while things will get easier we still need to find that one trigger solution to manage flashes across both camera bodies. As of now, my frequency of gigs do not warrant buying doubles of the flashes too, so I just have an X-Pro trigger, a V350 for my X-T2 to use at standard focal lengths and a V1 for my X-H1 and longer focal length 56mm and above. I did a shoot recently where I had the V350 on my camera (didn't have the x-h1, V1 and Xpro then) and for shots where I wanted a second flash across the room, I had to add one of those small phottix radio triggers to the hot shoe + the v350 and speaking to a yn600 RT (was on the brilliant Canon RT system before) across the room with the receiver. And I've shot with two bodies before in Canon too but learning solutions from people who do these shoots for a living is always better than me experimenting while shooting as a side income source.
@Reggiebphoto5 жыл бұрын
@@JoaquimGonsalves i've been using one v1 on each camera as the master for the ocf's and it's been working fine. but yet it'd be nice if the power levels remained the same for both camera bodies.

Well done Reggie! I agree with your choice in Primes - especially the 1.4 16m - areal pleasure to shoot with & has you smiling with the results. Hi there, I have a question regarding imported XT3 Raw files onto a 2017 Macbook Pro. I upgraded from the XT2 and was surprised that on all raw files transferred to my Mac from the XT3, the files thumbnail does not show the captured image nor does it show any preview image. Since I also shoot RAW plus JPEG, only the JPEG files contain the preview and thumbnail image. I never experienced this with the XT2. So currently I need to select keeper images through the JPEGs, write down the file names, then go to the RAW files and select the raws to import to Lightroom or Capture One. The weird thing is if I upload the raw file to either Lightroom or Capture one, the preview images and thumbnail images do appear. But I dont want to need to rely on uploading all images from a shoot just to see raw file image previews. Once more I am referring to the transferred images from the XT3 to the MacBook that are not showing any image previews. The thumbnails are just blank black and just show the file name. Any help in troubleshooting this?
