Primer for the compound? I have a tcr. Di2 so no issues seen here but i think it doesnt have an ally sleeve. Like to know if grease/anti seize/ compound/compound+primer/ or dry with ur bb in a carbon shell. I have ur bb ready to go in. Thx. -U10

Use the provided VibraTite530. That's all you need. Primer such as Loctite 7649 is optional.

Hello,thank you for the video. I was wondering if you can tell me from your experience is there a possibility of instaling dropper with internal cables on giant revolt 1? Do you think would there be enough space for one more cable if the drivetrain is 2x10?

BBInfinite, I am in the works of upgrading my 2019 Giant Revolt from mechanical to Sram Rival axs 1x. Not sure what type of bb to install for the Rival dub crank. Do you have any recommendations?

First, the install will be very easy because you're using AXS. It's BB86, uses our 1pc system, and with a Dub crank you need: www.bbinfinite.com/products/bb86-for-dub-29mm-road-crank-sets?variant=31573994864773

Do u run the internal sheathing for the entire length of the frame or just around the rubber connection point at the bb?
@BBInfinite2 жыл бұрын
We like to fully sheath the inner wire while inside the frame.

@@BBInfinite awesome. I have a revolt just like this one. Do you have any tips for connecting the sheathing and the external housing to that plastic cover piece at the headset? It seems like such a poor fit for the external housing

@@gkam33 It doesn't need to connect, per se. It can "float' inside. As time goes on it may start to peak out of the cable stop, but most likely it never will because the edge of the sheath will abut the back edge of the cable stop opening from the inside, and this will check the sheath's movement so it will stay put inside.

I wish I’d noticed this strangeness before I bought my Revolt. Is it possible to replace the rear shifter cable without pulling the bottom bracket?
This is the newest Revolt model. The Revolt model has had several production changes in the last couple of years.

I installed BB Infinite bearings in a 2 piece thread together Wheels Manufacturing BB (required slight modifications for install but I'm a mad scientist) in my Revolt as I was afraid of losing access to cables. I got my custom setup to work and spin well, but of course not nearly as good as the spin test results of the BBInfinite one piece BB's with perfect alignment.
