Buster sword also can't independently attach itself to a card. It's Union that does it free of cost. Or they could just errata either of the two, whether it's buster sword that can only be attached to buster blader, or Union Carrier can only attach machine monsters. Low hopes from Konami though. @@gleamynightxx5387 my man if you think all decks have to be competitive to be taken into account you need a new brain, the issue is its not fair a deck can just automatically lose because they can't use backrow removal, and even if you do, the dedicated mine decks run goddess skulds oracle so unless you hard draw them or have 3 on the top, good luck, and thats assuming they don't have any dark bribes or solemns set. And ridiculous combo decks can use these cards due to usually having several starters, not every deck has that luxury and it would be stupid to say a cards fine when the best decks can deal with it in a game where half the fucking decks aren't even viable, atleast get rid of a card that can automatically win games just because of lack of backrow removal, like previously stated some decks cant make room for them.

"Mine should be banned because some non-competitive decks don't play outs" is a bad take imo. A lot of competitive staples are killer against casual strategies. Should we ban all of those as well? Buster Welp is the main win condition of the buster blader archtype lol. 1:26 Saying that doesn't count kinda contradicts with his statements during firewall format(Specifically his reaction to "Firewall Dragon is good for the game" from Davinator), where he said people are angry because A Assault Core got limited, and that people would be angry if Grapha would be banned instead of firewall dragon. But apparently, if it fits your opinion, hitting archtype specific cards to let generic powerhouses stay in the game suddenly isn't a problem anymore.

@@FarfaFusion/Synchro is a lot weaker than dragon buster. You need 2 specific trap cards for the set-up to work, neither of which are really searchable and consistant. The deck would lose a lot of power and consistency with dragon buster gone, in addition to all the problems the deck already has. With buster dragon in the game, the deck doesn't need to open it's 2 specific trap cards for a full combo, but could get a good win condition a lot safer. Instead, the best thing would be to just hit the problem card to begin with, because dragon buster never was a problem until union carrier made it into a generic splashable win condition.

Why ban Destruction Sword when you can ban a generic card in Union Carrier? Union Carrier is generic enough that you can use it in almost any deck and still get a ED lock. Destruction Sword also did nothing before Union Carrier except in Buster Blader decks because the card is Buster Blader specific. So if you ban Union Carrier, you fix the problem outright.

Buster Blader have never been touched because it has one degenerate card but it archetype specific making it basically null and void to play it in anything else besides BB. Maybe you should talk to Konami about your generic degenerate cards

@@cringebutyee1326 Excuse me, but when was the last time Heroes set up an unbreakable, 5 negate board all off of 3 cards? Absolute best they can do is Dark Law, Plasma, and probably 1 other monster. MAYBE Absolute Zero with a mask change set, but that is IT. Sure its a consistent OTK deck, but the last time the worked was with Gren Maju.

I said they were very good (in comparison to most archetypes who don't get enough support, and Heroes are the most supported archetype in the whole game). They are a very strong OTK deck because of their high negation resistance and their excellent versatility. Other archetypes deserve support much more than Heroes do right now, as they've had plenty. Also, Heroes shouldn't be given cards that allow them to make multi-negate boards because that would just mean they are op going first and second. You shouldn't fight the current op strategies by just making everything else op, or everything just becomes a pseudo-FTK

They have things like plasma and dark law which are floodgate like effects, but isn't that so much easier to deal with than typical boards with savage dragon, apollousa, herald, and other cards? I mean hell, heroes hard lose to something like raigeki and dark hole which the community unanimously decides are not relevant cards. So trust me that heroes would be NOWHERE NEAR competitive with 3 a hero lives. And sure its a great going second otk deck, but is still reliant on the normal summon and it can be VERY easily choked at the right moment with handtraps. Ash the Cross Crusader search or the Increase summon search and that's a huge hit to their turn, not to mention nibiru completely kills the deck. You would have to kill so many decks like Eldlich, Adimancipators, Dinos, Pendulum, Altergiest, Numeron, Invoked, Shaddoll, Dogmatica, Infernoble knights, and maybe even Generators before anyone considers heroes to be relevant. And as for releasing support off the banlist I'm sure a lot of decks could really use cards off of it like pantheism, maybe infernity launcher, some pendulum monsters, and some other things. However that doesn't mean cards shouldn't come off just because "other decks need it more," it should be a question of balance in the game. So I'm sorry if you think heroes are overpowered, but they simply aren't going to be anytime soon.

I don't think Heroes are op compared to the meta, obviously. I said they were op compared to most other decks. With 3 a hero lives, they aren't really normal summon reliant, and every deck has it's chokepoint where it can die to handtraps. But at least Heroes are consistent. It does die to nibiru, but so does everything except the meta, and thats what needs to change right now. Bring the meta down to Heroes' level (it's not as hard as you say, one banlist could fix almost everything), don't bring Heroes up any more than they already are, cos even with 1 a hero lives, they would still be well positioned after a banlist hits all the meta decks

Yes Farfa, Mecha Phantom Beast players use O-lion. Scrap Recycler starts the combo by sending O-lion to the grave. From here you can either go the Halqifibrax route or (if Halqifibrax gets banned) use O-lion in grave to normal summon a Mecha Phantom Beast monster, giving you access to Auroradon

Olion getting hit would hurt MPB badly. The extra normal it provides is amazing for the deck, along with it being a lvl2 tuner that you can drag from deck. A MPB endboard is no different than the most common board atm, savage, herald and VFD. Collateral damage unfortunately is a thing in yugioh. I'm used to this
