Maria G, you don't have to ACCEPT poor health. In Psalm 103:3 God said He will heal all our diseases. We only need to ask Him and trust Him. He may send information along the way so you can do your part to improve your health like remove sugar and bread. Taking out those 2 items ALONE can heal many, many Illnesses.

What a lovely recipe, I've made a shrimp and lemon risotto but I never thought of using beans, ( which I think would be more substantial and quicker too). I find UK shallots have a very powerful flavour so I'd have used a mild sweet onion I think. I shall definitely try it, many thanks! 😊

Your train ride reminds me of my hometown of Scranton Pennsylvania where we are known for many things. One of which is Steamtown National historic Site. Our trains used to carry coal, freight, passenger, and service locomotives. There are still train rides. Also, years ago we were known for our Nottingham Lace. Scranton used to be a very popular place. I won’t mention that President Biden claims he’s from Scranton to get the big democratic vote. I don’t claim he is. The famous show The Office. Many famous actors and actresses started in vaudeville in Scranton, like Bob Hope and Joan Crawford. I love Scranton. I’d move back in a minute if my children didn’t live where they do hours away. I visit once or twice a year. Thanks for the memories. I hope you enjoyed your ride. ❤️

I’m 75 raised on a farm and had been cooking since I was in the seventh grade ( country cooking) but I do get lots of pleasant ideas from you about substituting ingredients. I live alone now since I lost my best friend last month my dog . I’ve found cooking is hard just for one person . Yes I do freeze alit of left overs but lol out of site I forget what’s there . Hi Nanny! I love your videos! My son is a classically-trained Chef from San Francisco's Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy. He thought your recipe looked epic. He uses shallots for a delicate fragrant taste, and onion for those who like a bolder taste. He agreed with Moose about the cilantro, saying it would have overpowered the dish...unless you want a Mexican summer stew, ☺️! He said the fresh herbs you chose are the best. But if I did not have those herbs I probably would have used dry herbs and slipped in a little broccoli florets! 🥦 Well done! 💚
