Mobos having latches to release the PCIe is quite a relief. It is quite hassle to reach for the slot inside the case. Really wish budget boards come with this feature.

I'd expect so, however I recommend scaling the board to the cpu. I used it with the U7 and would pick something a bit more beefy for the U9, especially if you're upgrading too.

Hello, what does 6 - 8 layer PCB mean? I tried searching on the internet but couldn't really find anything. Whats the main pros and cons?

Took this from a quick google, as they explain it better than I did. "Layer count potentially impacts two things mainly: power plane resistance and memory layout. Though it does not mean that the board was designed well to take advantage of it. More layers allow you to spread the power planes over those layers decreasing resistance and therefore power loss in the pcb. This is probably negligible for most 6+ layer boards unless the power planes are tiny in the first place More layers allow the designers to spread out the memory traces more which can allow for better signal integrity. A good 6 layer can do better than a bad 8 layer design so it’s up to the quality of implementation still."

Not looked at the Z890 Tomahawk I'm afraid. I'd Google one vs the other, that's all I could do to help but you just as well do that yourself.

I didn't have that info, but generally the cheaper ones are six.

Yeah maybe, they've released almost 20 SKUs for Z890 so maybe they have changed what classifies as needing a 6/8 layer.
