I once read a quote. "If you can't explain something in simple terms, you don't fully understand the subject you're discussing.", para-phrased. You my friend understand nodes. This is the only tutorial of many where the author truly seems to have a more than amateur understanding of nodes in davinci resolve. Thank you very much. Great Job.

Masterful tutorial. No rambling (like other tutorials), just get to the meat and teach the basics in under 13 minutes. Bravo!

Super job, Casey, thanks so much. The way they implement these nodes makes me think of software written using an object-oriented design methodology, which I think should help me to pick this up without too much pain. It looks VERY powerful!

I was a little resistant to click on a video made 7 years ago but this was actually super helpful and easy to understand. For now, this tutorial is all I need as a new davinci user

Damn dude. I think I'm falling a bit in love. You explain things so clearly. I've been watching videos on nodes here and there and still felt lost. You just said 3 things in the first 3 minutes that are apparently fairly basic and I never heard before or caught on to what the person was doing as they zipped thru it. Love your work!

This took the mystery out of nodes for me. The most difficult thing in Resolve to grasp is now clear, concise, and complete. Thanks very much.

Thank you! Was so confused until you tapped into my premiere pro mind and described the nodes as adjustment layers. This video help a lot. Trying out Davinci Resolve 16 after years of premiere Pro and its very intimidating.
