You know what's even funnier? Kominfo (people who are in charge of cybersecurity but run by a bunch of boomers, basically), when being told about people's personal data being hacked, their answer was; "Well if it's personal data, shouldn't it be *YOUR* job to not share it anywhere? Maybe you can constantly change your password if it helps." Yeah, that's just how much of a joke cybersecurity in our country is. How embarrassing.

To answer your question about whether Bjorka was Indonesian or outsider: Theory 1: OUTSIDER - based on his "backstory" regarding him actually live in Warsaw, Poland. He wrote this on the now-banned Twitter account. Theory 2 : ACTUALLY INDONESIAN - many people here suspect that his backstory was made up and act as "sweetener" to hide his actual profile. He might live somewhere in Indonesia, possibly around Java Island. The funny thing about this theory that the Indonesian govt also think the same and began searching for his whereabouts. And one day the police force claimed they have swatted a person which they thought to be Bjorka, only to be revealed that the person they caught was a mere teenager minding his own business who doesn't even have a PC to hack stuff. Supposedly, the police interrogate him and many thinks they forced him to confess lmaooo but thankfully no actual "force" were used. There's also this questionable theory that Bjorka was a paid actor to divert the public circling on many issue happening in this country right now, such as the Sambo Case (a police general murdered one of his subordinate for some reason), gas price hike, the overall inadequacy of Indonesian govt, and also cybersecurity issue.

There was "anti-communist" purges in Indonesia, in the mid 1960s, also a military coup, overthrowing Sukarno, and replaced by Suharto. Sukarno vs Suharto, confusing, I know, like fusion vs fission, there are big differences. Of course, like all these purges, lesser officials called anybody they didn't like a "communist". The movie, "A Year of Living Dangerously", starring Mel Gibson, and Sigourney Weaver, was set in Indonesia, at that time.

You should see the Optus leaks here in Australia, they have assured us that we don't' need to worry though, our passwords and bank details weren't leaked, just our personal information like date of birth, drivers licence numbers, address, phone numbers, email addresses. In Indonesia we have an under-the-table thing called tembak KTP, which basically means that you'll borrow someone else's KTP (National ID Number) in order to register for particular services (I've seen several businesses register their ISPs and electricity bills on the janitor's names) and all you'll need is a bit of cash to for the operators/admins, a fotocopy of the KTP, and half-decent relations to those admins. Tembak NPWP (National Tax ID) also exists for people who for example might want to try for a loan at the bank, or get into loan services where the second form of authentication is to get the person in question a selfie while holding their KTP (which with a bit of social engineering, is quite possible).

We're also having this problem in the Philippines. Government cybersecurity measures are just as worthless, so all our personal data (names included) are being circulated and used by scammers for phishing SMSs and emails. There's also a good chance that China has been spying on the country's Internet traffic for years thanks to the previous admin's kowtowing to Xinnie the Flu. It's sad to hear that this problem also plagues our neighbor, who we perceive to be more competent for the most part.
