@ 11 min or so onward, till 11:40, to say peace and joy and love are not felt in singularity, because we are not in the human experience of contrast, well, what I can affirm is, is that bliss* (*brought about by union of polarities) in duality, it transforms, becoming ineffable peace in singularity of Self. What would be really worthwhile knowing is the moment of transition that triggers the shift from singularity to duality and how the non-dual recognition may be actually embodied here now, breath by breath. Or as Swami Lakshmanjoo said, ‘with each breath the universe appears and disappears’. I liked the analogy of ‘hairline crack’; I liken it to a flicker in space. Great video, enjoyed 👍🏼

The part where Rupert talks about if the infinite were to enter the finite mind, it would annihilate it instantly. This made me think about archangels and why it is not possible for the finite mind to perceive them. Thank you Alan ❤

As long as we refer to consciousness as an IT, the confusion will prevail. But how do we refer ? May be as awareness while remembering that it's not something while being everything

I was re-listening to this this morning and i had a thought.. please tell me if this is correct.. I (as in "the pure subjective experience/knower), all that i see is "myself "? As in, all that my eyes see, ears hear, etc.. IS actually"Me"? The "world" is A reflection of the aware consciousness" ? Please let me know if this is incorrect, because I don't want to go around integrating wrong ideas. ❤ Thank you so very much ❤

Yes, but as your individual self recognizes your unconditioned awareness; you recognize that your being is one and the same with the many as a reflection of the one. So you are correct but I think to recognize that the world is a reflection, of ‘your’ consciousness in the duality of ‘I’ and ‘Otherness’. But if someone is completely detached from a personal identity, example Ramana Maharshi, then their stating of ‘i’ is not with any one subject, just like an ocean of unity, almost less of a great “me” sense and more of a me-less sense, if the personal identity feels itself as the One it may be like an inflated ego, but it is a true statement to say that all is consciousness reflected through our senses and appearing as several separate objects. There is one Life and many life forms that come and go and reconfigure our elements of the earth over all of perceived time. Like several lightbulbs realizing the light within them is truly the illumnating force. I think you can do like several zoom outs, where you go from the individual, to the idea of collective human consciousness as humanities knowing of I am, to the vast ocean of planetary consciousness and all of life and the cosmic awareness as one as and of the cosmos. But with the Direct Path, it is directly recognizing that this i that I know as life is not finite, just this identity as a person who doesn’t recollect existing before incarnating is actually essentially pure awareness before identifying with impressions. I hope this has made it any clearer, I know words can help but can also become too conceptual.
