RNG stands for random number generator It's a perception (maybe) of how in computer games loot is distributes. Once you loot a chest or a monster the random number generator determines if you get some good loot or just crap. So praying to the lord of RNG once in a while will increase your luck to get good loot (very much like praying to the Lord in Heaven will make your lives easier). Obiviously the messiah of the lord of RNG is his son RNGesus.

Explanation time!: "RNGesus" is a non-serious deity created by the video gaming community. His name comes from mixing Jesus and RNG, which stands for "Randomly Generated Number". RNG refers to mechanics that add randomness to a game, similar to dice rolls in Dungeons and Dragons. This is a term mostly used by the Speedrunning community, though the most broad part of the gaming community adopted it and turned into "RNGesus", a fickle god that grants his boons to anyone whenever he feels like it.

Not only do I have respect for fully citing and giving proper credit to the original creator, but immense respect as well for even letting his ad play through to the end. Going to rewatch this video a few times with my ad blocker off just for that

Terry will always be able to go over oversimplified’s videos and go into a little more detail about . But samo’nella teaches some of the most useless things, that nobody would ever care to learn this

The other rich men telling him to do stupid things to bankrupt him, only to make him richer, sounds like a Spongebob and Squidward plotline lmao

“Timmy please my hands are cold and romantic, please find it in your heart to light the fire place.” “Yeah plenty of that in hell you banshee bitch!” Is my personal favorite

Dexter isn't a story about failing upwards. That implies that the actual results of his actions turn out bad, yet he still gets a reward. A better term is "stumbling into success" where you don't really put any thought into your decisions, but get lucky enough that it just works out.
