Sure if the air inside tank is capable to lift the tank, so make sure it is full with water and anchored in the ground with chain and rope while installing, do not fill tank pit with sand or soil without filling water inside the septic. So answer the answer is it will not float if enough water inside also it is required anchor ⚓ in the ground if you have doubt there is chance for flood.
