Such thinking "pattern" is worth especialy when one is a callcenter "mouse" but not when you are a surgeon or arhitect.

Most “successful” people have this skill. Academia is good but without this skill you are basic. Your PA is the one that knows how to make your clients wait for your services when you are constantly late. It actually turns the tables to 60:40. No need being a great surgeon with NO patients.
