Luckily there was a video showing her attack. When the two people showed up in court, the judge dropped the case against Sandra, Sandra retracted her lies about the process server, and the judge charged the process server with filing a false report and evidence tampering. In 3rd grade, my teacher told me drugs killed. I had no idea what street drugs were and if she made that distinction, I didn’t hear it or understand it. My misunderstanding lead me to believe my mother was trying to killing, unknowingly, me every time she made me take Benedryl or cough syrup. It wasn’t until 11 or 12yrs when I was hospitalized for a week for pneumonia, bc I always fought my mom over taking any medicine, that I realized medicines my mom or doctor gave me were to help me feel better, not harm me. Their brains aren’t developed enough to combat the lies that were fed to them, they didn’t stand a chance against adults who were using them like puppets. The children are just as much of a victim as the woman who was falsely accused, and this will be something they carry with them for the rest of their lives. The “adults” who made up the false allegations and forced them on their own children are the only ones to blame in this situation, and they should receive a hefty prison sentence as punishment. I was falsely accused of sexual harassment by another female and fellow soldier in the army and that day that they brought me in for questioning was one of the worst days of my life. I felt like the ground had dissolved under me and I couldn’t breathe. Luckily they eventually dropped the charges against me and there was no trial or court martial. So I can’t even begin to imagine the level of anxiety and fear this woman had for her experience. This type of thing makes you want to just hide away from everyone and not go out in public for fear of someone else making something up like this.

At that point in time she was not in police custody so if she was willing to talk to the police they are under no obligation to grant the stipulation that an attorney be present, though it is generally considered to be a good and fair practice. Once she is arrested it is her constitutional right to have an attorney and have the attorney present during questioning. But before the arrest no such right exists and any questioning she participates in will be of her own free will. Edit: For clarification this is a response to those saying her constitutional rights were violated. They were not. I'm not saying anyone should or shouldn't talk to the police without an attorney present.

It's very difficult to put an accuser in jail cause you have to prove they knew the truth and purposely lied to put someone in jail just because the accuser got an innocent person in jail and didn't know the person was innocent it's not their fault like date rape situation girl gets drunk guy takes her home leaves and never touched her someone else commits a heinous act on her they are gonna assume the guy who took her home Edit:Of course my example is quite different but it serve as a perfect example of accusers not knowing the truth themselves

my rapist abused me from age 3 to 9 and I told the police once he moved out, the case was dropped because “he was no longer a minor”. I had scars and physical evidence, but my rapist (my cousin) convinced our family I was just trying to ruin his life. I seriously hate how shitty rape victims are treated.

@@jayluv_xo he was the only blood-related member who’d do it, I had a step cousin who’d touch me, but she was never as bad as him. she apologized, got help, and turned herself in. he used to beat the living shit out and even burn me, sometimes our older cousins would watch. it wasn’t until middle school that my peers started to grope me. so, just remember you aren’t alone. as terrible as everything was, we just have to keep reminding ourselves we already have done so much for ourselves. we are strong. if no one has told you today, you’re beautiful. don’t let anyone ever tell you otherwise. you’re tough. I’m really just looking forward to having my baby, so I can show her how a real family functions. my partner and I have agreed to stay with the baby at all times. we’ll always be around, not too often but out in public or with family. we’re thinking about home school so there is no objection, sexualization, or even bullying. we only have now and the future. I’m glad to say, I’m happier and healthier. I hope you’re doing amazing as well!

As someone who was falsely accused by my ex-wife of the same thing, I can tell you that you never get over it. Even when your name is cleared after all the investigation and interviews with the kids, and there's nobody else who actually believes you did it, the wounds still hurt. The trauma never goes away. I used to be good with kids. Now I avoid them. I'm too worried of another false accusation, or even the thought that anyone might even think for a second that I have some bad motive. When my ex's ploy didn't work, she essentially kidnapped my kids and moved out of state before I could sue for defamation. I haven't seen them in 13 years. They and their mother are MIA. Trying to locate them leads to dead ends. This ruined my life. People who try to destroy lives by falsely accusing others of that sick crime should get life behind bars. It's a just punishment for the lives they've destroyed.

I hear you brother. I've been riding in that boat for a while. She accused me molesting both of our sons. She told everyone except law enforcement. It was a ploy just to ruin my good name. I finally hired a private investigator which Cost me around 2000$. He eventually gave me a polygraph test. [Lie Detector Test]. All of my questions came back as I was telling the truth. I sued the bitchs socks off. Her and her sister. I was awarded $750000 for damages. And yes the damage was real. It hurts to to this day hearing the things I was accused of rolling out of her snake mouth like venom. But as I drove up in a new 2019 AMG Mercedes Benz. I told her that I forgave her.

@@nicoradv3923 it wasn't easy to say. But I made quite a profit off of her sister and her. And technically, in my heart, I will never forgive her for that. And my sons will always remember the embarrassing questions the private eye asked them. They won't forgive her either. She used them as a means to hurt me. And they are old enough to understand that now. And they both live with me. It was their choice to move in with me. Not mine, but I'd never tell my boys they couldn't stay with me. They were 5 and 7 at the time. Now they are 12 and 14 and we have an amazing and healthy relationship.

It isn't always something major either. There are plenty of women who will say less heinous things or spread rumors to get you in trouble. I've had that happen when I made legitimate complaints about a female who was saying inappropriate things about patients in my clinic. She eventually got me fired buy churning up the rumor mill and made my job misserable. There are probably countless cases just like mine. I would be comfortable with body cameras. I wish as a man I could do that to protect myself. The thing is, you will never know when a terrible allegation is made of yourself until it is too late. It is impossible to prove a negative.

"You refused to talk to us." In the United States, there is something called the 5th Amendment, commonly referred to as the right to remain silent, in particular against self-incrimination. If the police want to interrogate you, you do not have to say a word. So, to clarify, REFUSING TO TALK TO POLICE IS NOT A CRIME. Absolutely, my son and I are into 5years of false accusations by an ex. He held to his innocence. Plea bargain after plea bargain. We live in a small town. 6 counts drop to 4 counts during pretrial. Finally after jury trail. Two charges found not guilty, one dismissed. One conviction via thier word against his. So now we fight via appeals court. It's all malace and cororced. We want children heard my son and I. And false accusations work against those who need to be heard.

False ACCUSERS needs to be jailed for lying. Needs to be sentence to prison the same amount of time that the person they accused would have gotten. The only way to put a stop to false accusations is to jail them. Needs Consequences otherwise people will keep lying and accused innocent people.

That would fuck up our justice system royally. Do you have any idea the damage that would cause? By law this means that ANYONE who wins a case can turn around and get the other side arrested.. crimes like rape or assault which are hard to prove would become a risk to report. Nobody would ever report a crime out of fear thst if they didnt win the case or lacked enough evidence they could be arrested... Same happened to me I never ever got justice, it completely broke me and years later I’ve learned to live with it but I’ll never get over it, i try and warn people without telling everyone what happened to me,that anyone can be accused, I believe mine was done out of malice, there’s no consequences for people who make false allegations, maybe if there was those people who get up everyday to just cause harm might think twice, there needs to be a very strong deterrent, my god that lady has been through so much, even though I had good people around me I felt very alone , so to everyone reading this just know it happens to women all the time too, may god continue to look after this lady and all the people out there who’ve been falsely accused.
