Is peace rate system the same as commission or are those different financial motivators?

They are similar, but used in different contexts Piece rate is used when you can measure the physical output an employee has produced. For example, if employees assemble a product, you could pay them a piece rate based on the number of units they assemble Commission is similar, but rather paying employees based on their physical output, you pay them based on the sales they make for the business. So employees are rewarded with a percentage of any sales they make for the organisation Hope this helps
