If you’re still struggling with cooking, I have an easy, healthy recipe that I make literally every day. I bake like 5 meals worth of chicken or other lean meat and buy some salad kits to go with it. I just make some fresh rice, microwave a bit of chicken, and throw in half a salad kit all together in a bowl. It works so well because it’s just ~15 minutes of waiting for rice to cook and then you have a fresh complete meal all in one.

becoming an adult is like starting a whole new life and it's okay to grieve your other life. I sometimes miss the peace of being a kid with a set schedule and lots to look forward to even now at 28. You should post some videos just talking or scripted of you talking about something youre passionate about. I want to do some psychology videos along with fun vlogs. or story times. Maybe talk about what it was like growing up in a famous family. I would be interested in hearing about that.

My life is doing well. I did have my painful women’s doctors appointment, and my primary care doctors appointment. So it’s doing okay. My muscles are tight so my primary doctor did prescribe me a muscle relaxer as needed medication. Hope you doing well.

Avia, you truly are an inspiration to me. I’m turning 20 next week and will soon be moving to a different country to pursue my dream career and life. It’s been hard to comprehend that this change is happening but seeing you document your journey and talk about it in this video as well puts me at ease in a way. You inspire me to dream big, find the joy in the mundane, and be optimistic with everything while still giving myself the grace to feel the not so nice feelings.
