In this Slay the Spire gameplay, Baalorlord does an Ascension 20 run with Defect. First, he gives tips on choosing a path and a starting bonus. 100%. Videos often lose a lot of tension because you just no they're gonna win, so looking at that situation I was like "Oooh how's he gonna get out of this one!" and then he just... didn't. Restores that tension! It's awesome

I think mixing Prismatic with the relic gives you an extra card each fight would make it great. "Get an extra card reward each fight from another class". Now it no longer removes potentially synergistic cards (because you get your normal class rewards), but adds potential fun ones.

I'm not sure if it would be more powerful on average to get a 4th card reward from the same character or a 4th card reward from a different character.

@@jacobwansleeben3364 Part of the idea is to make it compatible with Question Card. If you can't figure out if it's more powerful than another option, objective accomplished: relic is balanced compared to existing ones.

Feels like reboot and stack are at odds. That said, what wouldn't you give for kunai + shuriken with this deck? Of course what it really needed was prismatic shard + talk to the hand and master of reality.

It really sucks when you have a great deck throughout all 3 acts and then that happens. Been there cried to that 😢. But it was still a great run. You could make it instead into Game of Thrones (well, before the final 2 seasons): it's fun, plus you don't know who will survive.

Hello World is such an awful card: it really should have a better upgrade and be 0 cost. Even with double Sentries it still fails to shine. If it started 0 cost, and it created upgraded commons when it was itself upgraded, then it would be acceptable.

Rune crown is F tier get one extra energy from what oh only one Joyce at card rewards what are you gonna say next ectoplasm is good I respect the clause in poison, but you’ve stepped line. Also, the heart is better than slime boss take that don’t you and Decca aren’t that bad they’re just a little simple, which is what boss needs some time also slime is a good boss but it’s not the best or anything else or you should try to fall down fall
