Yes indeed; I just bought a Specular Tempus recently and it's pretty amazing sounding. Never heard reverbs quite so lush but still somehow not mudding up your tone.

johnnathancordy their reverbs are good ones to try next... the specular tempest mentioned above is a good one to try? Alt they have a dedicated reverb pedal too if that one is not possible to get.

Hi I have a question can I use the cabzeus with my pedals direct to a mixer or pa? I heard that I need a preamp. Only have drive pedals, compresor, eq, and a line 6 m9 in my pedalboard for my reverbs and delays.

A preamp is recommended Some overdrive pedals can do the job of a preamp, like MIAB pedals (eg:Wampler Plexidrive). For a decent affordable option, the Mooer Micro series has some good ones. I use their 002 UK Gold and 006 US Deluxe (that's a JCM900 and Deluxe Reverb-meets-Tweed, respectively) and get good results into the GFI.

Having tried both the Cabzeus and the Iridium (in amp bypass mode as well) with a preamp style pedal in front, do you have a preference either way?

Hi John Nathan. Thanks for your sincere reviews. I am seriously thinking of buying it but would like to know if you still use it now that you seem more keen on the HX Stomp and if it makes sense having a computer with Wall of Sound. Guitar gadgets can be a ruin :). Thanks a lot.

What is your signal chain exactly on the last one with the revivaldrive compact? Guitar>the dude>revivaldrive>volante>cabzeus ?

I think the stereo inputs serve for stereo reverbs/delays pedals, or even something like the Plethora X5. An example set up would be Guitar > Pedals that you like to use in front of amp > PreAmp pedal > Pedals that you like in your FX Loop > CabZeus (or any cabsim for that matter). I'm currently on the market for something like this. I found your channel looking up info on the Simplifier, now I'm down to either the CabZeus of the Neunaber Iconoclast. I'm digging the CabZeus tho! And also digging your channel. New subscriber here!

I had the iconoclast as well for a short while but for me I found the CabZeus did more of what I like - if that's of any interest?!

@@johnnathancordyhave you tried that filters before the cab sim maybe? For me that’s essential for a realistic tone. I use an HX stomp and filtering makes a huge difference!

You better try CabZesu with Victory Amps V4 Sheriff pedal, it's "Marshall Plexi" type of preamp with 4 vacuum tubes... This is what I have been listening since Monday. On Monday I was ready to place order for RevivalDrive, I am so happy I didn't. Sheriff with NUX Horseman pedal in front... Do you know Horeman? It's a clone of Klong, actually of both Klons because in one Horseman there are both silver and gold Klons. I own Klon KTR and I have to say I am literally blown by the Horseman. I just cannot believe it, $79 only...

Would love to hear your input on a DSM/Humboldt Simplifier. It’s very amp like, specially at higher volumes. Loves boost in front. Stereo cabs, power amp sim, 3 preamp styles and 3 power tubes to choose from plus a stereo effects loop. So if you can pick one up and give us your input that would be great. Andertons should have a few in stock soon. Also this is the best demo of the CabZeus out there. You make it sound amazing.

Yes, they are a Chilean company. The merge of two to be precise. The pedal is gaining a lot of popularity. I have one, but I don’t have studio monitors at home to accurately reference how it sounds live or set it up properly. But through cheap IEMs at church sounds great.

When adjusting the mic placement, after adjusting the two knobs, you have to press the silver button to load it. I read in the manual it prevents accidental changes when playing live :)
