My brother, father, and family friends drove 10+ hours to the Flatwoods Monster Museum and loved every bit of it. As a recreation, sports, and tourism major in college, I fully support small museums and wish them the best. I love the passion of the owner and hope more people travel to the museum and enjoy its history! Great video

I saw the Flatwoods Monster in 1986 in Smithfield WV. The one detail which I haven't seen depicted was that it held both of its hands up to its chin with claws dangling straight down. Some drawings have slightly elevated hands but none up to its chin area.

Yep, I think that's also where a lot of cryptids were discovered like the three leg bear guy thing who people wanted to be an escaped kangaroo
