I was thrilled when the internet introduced me to the Australian version and have learned much more about the country, citizens and its place in the world. As an American, I have gotten to know Ms. Hayes through this channel and her reporting. I have the highest respect for her tenacity and her reporting. She has shown that she is not only willing to ask the really hard questions but also fight for what is right and bring attention to the people and causes that need attention. I wish continued success to her, not only in her reporting career but in all things. She has worked hard for them. I will say that bringing up her age seemed a little ageist to me. If it were one of your gentleman colleagues, it would not be mentioned or made a big deal about.

I'm familiar with a couple Austrian Tv shows an old series of Inspector (Kommissar Rex) and Denk Kulture with Birgit Denk. I know of some Austrian music artists /bands

@@andrewandy137 That is so cool, Kommissar Rex is a German series... But the Austrian music scene has some cool Artists like Parov Stellar! I know him personally, before he got so famous! Wow Australia is really on the other side of the world... I know 60 min Australia only via You tube, we can't watch it here! So I am glad they made a KZbin channel! The German /Austria version is Spiegel TV and they have the famous magazine as well! Also very good Journalism, a little bit more intellectual but not everything! Now THESE women are role models I hope my daughter look up to.
