Love you Rachel! You are single handedly keeping the affordable collectible doll community alive with new things. Back in the day (2000’s and 2010’s) there were many companies out there making new stuff but that has significantly dwindled. Only you and a few other companies like Ruby Red are left to bring new affordable collectible dolls for adults. Everything else is that is new is either expensive BJD’s and Artist dolls or play line dolls marketed to kids. Thank you for all you do to keep the world of adult doll collecting alive for us! Rachel, I know it's scary right now, but all I can think of is you when your Mother passed and how scared you were at that time and all the new responsibilities coming your way. I'm sure it feels like that now. I'm bringing it up because you got through it and you got through it successfully!! This too shall pass. And as far as the antique dolls, surely you can find someone who can take Linda's place. There will never be another Linda, but I believe there is another passionet doll lover who restores antique dolls. Also it's difficult because you grew up with Linda and Stanley and that's like losing family as well. Like you said everything changes and the pain you're now going through will change too. Look at all of your successes' it's just in you DNA - look at your Mom. Hugs and Love right now. You have a new future ahead of you. God works all things for the good of those who love Him. Just like you say, life is all about change. It's sad to lose Stanley and Linda, but sometimes we just have to move on. I have left many roots behind me. I left my native New York City at 25 for California and stayed for 15 years, then moved to Florida and started over with a young son when I widowed at 40. But optimism always kept me afloat. I live by the saying, "May the flames of the bridges I burned behind me light the ones ahead." You will be fine. Now you have Christopher, who is the window that opened when the door was shut. You have your sweet brother to help as well. And last, but not least, you have the support of all us subbies. We love you and enjoy watching your videos with your sweet Holland Diane and your hubby. And Rachel, definitely moving is hard because on July 8th my Mom and I were evicted by our very, very nasty Landlady because she is VERY mad she had to replace a toilet that was 27 years old and she is very neglectful. And yes, moving is VERY HARD, especially for my Mom who turned 80 on July 14th!!!! Since we are moving into a smaller Apartment, I had to give away SOME ( NOT ALL) of my Teddy Bears🧸🧸, but I am trying to keep as many Dolls as possible. And Rachel, I am so glad that you are in business selling Dolls and you as well as Christopher talking about Dolls💖💖💖💖💖!! And I so LOVE your Raggedy Ann collection in this video❤❤❤❤❤!!!! And Johnathan Green is going to be so honored in Heaven that such a kind person like You, Rachel, will be giving the presentation on his love for Katie Kruise Dolls at the Doll Convention in Washington❤❤❤❤❤!!! I so wish I could go this Doll Convention, but I live too far away from Washington and I am going to be moving into a new Apartment with my Mom. Rachel, it would be so nice if you could put the video you made in honor of Johnathan Green on You Tube for us all to enjoy🤗🤗!!! And Rachel, I understand how you feel. I used to think emotionally that my Late Grandparents and my Late Dad would live forever when I was young. And we always will feel the loss, but I know that your Mom is smiling in Heaven saying,"Rachel, you have done a wonderful job and [she] could not be prouder"!!!
