It's gonna be October, just like the og switch. Probably during the opening of the museum. Really don't understand why people were betting on September when we had a direct in August and a Playstation presentation in September. Plus, and that's a big plus, Nintendo's releasing a Zelda game and limited edition console at the end of this month and a switch 2 trailer would likely result in some pre-order cancellations for that switch lite. Nintendo wouldn't announce a new console in the same month multiple bundles are announced and a new version of the lite is released

This is fake for the simple reason of screen not being 16:9 in the images. As a hybrid console, there's no reason for Nintendo to not use 16:9 ratio screen no matter what the resolution is. It doesn't make sense in business, compatibility, and manufacturing sense.

The 3D cad files were made by a 3D modeling enthusiast. Also I still believe that the images of the prototypes are still fake because anything nowadays can be 3D printed. If this is the Switch 2 then I'm going to be very disappointed because I was hoping they change the designs of the joycons with ergonomic grips instead of a flat surface.

Personally, I think Nintendo is going to go the route of making a reveal for the Switch 2 right around holiday time, or right before it at least. Get people hyped up to then buy more nintendo products, thus generating more holiday revenue. And then the big release date is probably going to occur right around February or maybe more towards May. I don't think we are going to get a release date on the initial reveal, obviously.

Remember the grainy pictured leaked for the Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom edition Switch OLED... those were legit and these are too. CAD model is just a (re)creation by an OEM for making accessories. Supr glad there'll be a top-side USB-C port though, haha. I think this might be 2025. We’re near the end of September going into October. And there are so many speculations that we could go through but it really depends at this point on what Nintendo decides. Maybe Nintendo will decide to release the second switch generation within the holiday into the new year.

Honestly; these mock up and "leaked phots of the PCB board and Joycons" look like a "good guess" 3D printed mock up. If they are going to show this much; why not show the completed tablet or at least more of the inside of the chips? I think this "leaker" realized that it would be easy to spot a 3D printed complete tablet; with the jagged rough edges that are the byproduct of 3D printing; which is why he rather show an open board. The joycons also look kind of rough. Again, it may end up looking like this, but these pics are just "good guess" mock ups.

I am so sick and tired of seeing all of these “news” videos about these supposed “Switch 2” leaks being recommended to me by KZbin! I will never understand why people are so excited about the Switch 2 when they can just buy a Steam Deck which is currently on sale for the same price as the price-gouged Switch. And at least with the Steam Deck I can play Mario 64 in HD without having to throw down $60 for that BS limited-run collection on the Switch, and I have legal access to all of Nintendo’s old games that I bought in the past for free without having to put up with Nintendo’s crappy online service! Meanwhile, Nintendo is probably going to charge you again to play your old games on the Switch 2. They do this every generation, Nintendo sucks!
