It's ok to not always feel ok it's ok to be overwhelmed and to fall life isn't thrown at you it's a come from within the Arabic word for human is (insaan) and it's derived from forgetful because it's natural for a human to make mistakes life isn't about climbing a mountain without a fall or scratch or blood or sweat it's about climbing the right mountains and enjoying the journey with all its pros and cons finding beauty in its imperfections and building depth with sacrifices I hope this helps don't be too hard on your self you can't controll what comes or happens in Ur life you can't control what your Gona feel but you can control how you react and interact stay strong and fluffy 💪🐻

Glory, I’m 22 as well! I struggled a lot at night too this year because I graduated and then completely changed my career goals which was was very hard to do since everyone around me was judging. I’m still working towards my new goals so it feels overwhelming since I’m making it up as I go plus I have the feeling of wanting others to see I can do well but I definitely feel a lot more comfortable than the feeling of settling into something I outgrew and didn’t enjoy anymore. Going down a pathway that is distinct to those around you but true to you will eventually show you why it was the worth it. Lots of love and stay you ❤ and you are not alone!
