A MAGICAL WEDDING IN ESTATES, COLORADO: THE BRUHNS' UNFORGETTABLE DAY

June 29, 2024, was a day filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments as I had the privilege of filming the beautiful wedding of Mchinzi Shook and Kelby in Estates, Colorado. From the moment I arrived at the cozy cabins where the couple and their loved ones were getting ready, I knew this would be a wedding to remember. Mchinzi and Kelby are the epitome of a laid-back, fun-loving couple. Their relaxed and joyful demeanor set the tone for the entire day. As I captured candid moments of them getting ready, the air was filled with excitement and anticipation. The cabins, surrounded by the natural beauty of Estates, provided a perfect backdrop for these intimate pre-ceremony moments.
The ceremony took place in an enchanting cobblestone church that looked like it was straight out of a fairytale. The historic charm of the church added a touch of timeless elegance to the event. As Mchinzi walked down the aisle, the look of pure love and adoration on Kelby’s face was a moment I was thrilled to capture. The vows exchanged were heartfelt and emotional, leaving not a dry eye in the room.The weather in Estates, Colorado, was a bit of an adventure in itself. Despite the weather’s unpredictability, the couple and their guests embraced the rain, adding a touch of spontaneity and excitement to the day. Umbrellas were on standby, and the rain only seemed to enhance the intimate, cozy atmosphere.Following the ceremony, we made our way to the outdoor reception. The setting was picturesque, with tables beautifully arranged under the open sky. The rain played a game of hide and seek, but the resilience and good spirits of everyone present kept the celebration lively and fun. Laughter, music, and heartfelt toasts filled the air as friends and family celebrated the newlyweds.

The sky exploded with vibrant hues of orange, pink, and purple, creating a breathtaking backdrop for the evening. It was the perfect ending to a day filled with love and joy. The couple danced under the colorful sky, and I was able to capture some truly magical moments that they will cherish forever. Filming the Bruhns' wedding was an absolute joy.
