He has one thing right in that people should mind their own business. I don't need to know what you eat and what you do every single day of your life. If I save someone from an accident whatever it may be. I don't need accolades and medals and plaques and then be forgotten. Why? I did it because that is the right thing to do. Its kinda sad people think that people need to be awarded for doing good things. Like I believe some people do it for their own self image if they are fine with the attention and praise. But if someone gets praised for doing something good without any intention of getting something out of it then its fine.

Is in part a joke because he is so grumpy, in part true because it is shown the guy is really generous, and in part not a joke because he has a cardiac disease. There are heart diseases that cause it to increase size. Too big a heart is not healthy.
