Some one is not telling the truth with this shop. I would challenge anyone to run a modern highly technical shop with 50 people today. Maybe for set up and implementation but once this is running this place will not be employing 50. Trumps tax scam and his tariffs have backfired pretty badly so much to the point of farmers need federal bail outs. The only manufacturing jobs have been created are jobs that were already here. Barely 2 steel mills have reopened with minimal staff and general motors has been announcing layoffs along with Ford. Had to break it to you but that whole “MAGA” thing? It isn’t happening.

The days of cheap labour in China are coming to an end and then they will have to compete with other countries on a fair footing, the problem is when workers discover their worth after living in poverty all their lives and they start to get a bit of independence they realise that they are in a position to ask for more money, once this starts as it has done in many countries their competitiveness starts to slip a little and this is what's happening in China plus the quality of their work just doesn't match up to Western countries and that's why firms are moving back to their home countries plus of course a few little tax breaks to help things along. In the case of America Trump is determined to cut the trade imbalance between the two countries and he's about to put massive duties on imports from China. This changes everything because by the time it's made in China and transported to the US and then hit with massive import duties it cheaper to make it in America. China have exploited these cheap Tariffs on their goods for years while firms importing into China have had to suffer massive tariffs on their goods. This is how China has managed to take the world by storm and Trump is Right to put a stop to it and other countries should do the same until Parity is achieved on goods going both ways.

And frankly you would be surprised how many American workers are too complacent to fight for better wages and benefits it appears that the dominant mentality amongst Americans is that being subservient to the bosses is the best course of action.
