A Marathon Hypertufa Making Session - Made 9 Planters In A Few Hours

Create all the mess at once and get some planters done! We all pitched in, and in several hours, had 9 planters of different sizes wrapped and curing.
It was a lot of fun and we even had one turn out like marble. I am not sure why, but looking over all the info on how I made it, I want to try and duplicate it for a bigger bowl!

Kim, I understand the mixture: 3/3/3. However, when I go to Lowe’s for cement, there’s many different types/kinds. Could you please tell me what type of cement you use? Thanks

I hope you don’t mind this random question. Why is my peat moss, cement and perlite hyperfufa pot still very dark? It’s being curing for four weeks? What have I done wrong? I live in Wales U.K.

I don't know why. If it is dry, then that may be the color you are going to get. It may grow on you. Or hit it with some light wood stain?

I just drill them in later when I get a chance. To me, that's just quicker and easier.
