Tonality isn't new in sales. And as I've been a musician / singer, tonality, tempo, changing up speed etc. were all kind of a focus of mine. But the way Jordan puts it in his SLS, my improvement was drastic! As I record myself, I could listen to me doing previous scripts, and I was almost shocked at how annoying I could be ha ha. In that I tried to demonstrate, to overcome objections, to convince. All that can work but breaks rapport. I can sense people would agree with me yet still fight me. With his approach (and the LOOP!) you go about it while building rapport, it's so much more efficient. In my best previous script delivery, it was the tonality that was on cue, I can tell that now. WORDS MATTER too, but it's not enough. I thank JB for sharing this. I find some reps I train are kind of.... tone deaf though. Otherwise they too would improve drastically and quickly.
@coachingconfidant27854 жыл бұрын
hey how do i perfect the intro i'm using the uptones and i really want to know tonality, but people are still cutting me off when i say how you doing today with an objection like not interested, i dont buy from door to door ppl what are you selling? or i'm busy or no thanks, and still think i'm a salesman

1:20 When you are perceived the right way, people stop cutting you off, they respect you for all the hard work you have done that made you an expert. 1:42 - they answer your questions, so you get to gather intelligence, whether they are a nice fit, what their needs are, what their highest level need is, and show them how the product seemslessly fits their need and make their life better. 2:26 Step 1 - Take control of the conversation. Through Body language and Tonality.
@baapkastyle Жыл бұрын
6:56 - Can try an opener like - Mein Dinesh Rao Raipur se hi hun, aur mein ek survey kar raha hun. 8:40 - By certain tonalities, people hear extra words. You know me right?, you know the company right? can be conveyed without actually saying it. 9:40 - How's it going today? It should sound like you really seem to care. You are in control of the conversation. By pattern interrupts you are freezing their brain and getting forward smoothly by taking control of the conversation.
