I'd daresay that Mercedes, Red Bull (well, until last year at least) and Mclaren have the best connection with the community at this point. Not to mention that those 3 teams have figures that the community liked (and memed). Ferrari, while starting to follow their footsteps, is still kinda stiff in these kinds of things. While they used to do those QnA inside a car thingy and now often does 'Challenge' thingy, their media presence is rather bland compared to those teams.

I really hoped for a video but would have loved to see how you manage to put the new brand star pattern on the rear of the car. I thought this would be a perfect opportunity. The heritage livery is great and all and clearly a lot of effort to apply the wrap but that star pattern is sprayed on it two tones and I still can't work out if it's stenciled on. I wish you'd have included the full painting from bare 'metal' to finish.

I have a feeling that no one mentioned the pure reason of the silver colour. Essentially back in the days, Mercedes wanted to cut down on weight, so they decided the best method without limiting the performance of the car, they would strip the paint off which would save and lower the the weight of the car.

Well they didn’t intentional remove the weight for performance, more of they removed the paint for a Nurburgring race event because they were a few grams overweight. Just wanted to correct ya
