Stewed chicken legs with vegetables
If you want to get incredibly tender meat, these chicken legs with vegetables are just for you. Thanks to stewing, the meat will be separated from the bone very easily, besides, you will get a delicious sauce for a side dish. Taste it!

Cooking time: 60 minutes

Ingredients for preparing a quick dinner:
7 shanks TM "Nasha Ryaba"
1 carrot
1 onion
3 bay leaves
2 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper to taste
A step-by-step recipe for cooking chicken legs
Take out 7 chicken drumsticks TM "Nasha Ryaba" from the package. Transfer to a bowl, add salt to your taste and mix.
Heat a dry frying pan and fry the drumsticks on all sides until golden brown.
Meanwhile, cut the onion into cubes and the garlic cloves very finely. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater.
Transfer the fried drumsticks to a casserole or pan, add vegetables and pour water so that it almost completely covers the chicken drumsticks.
Add 3 bay leaves, salt and pepper to your taste, but remember that you have already salted the drumsticks. Simmer for 1 hour over low heat. Then serve the stewed chicken legs hot and use the gravy as a side dish if desired.
